Customer Question

I have a county court judgment against a debtor. Before the court proceedings against the debtor was issued, the debtor sold one of her property and gave the money to her spouse who in turn bought another property under his own name.
Is this a fraudulent conveyancing if the debtor intention is to avoid debts ?
If I can demonstrate intention to fraudulent practices by the debtor, can i issue a debt claim in the county court against the spouse ?

Forget the whole thing, I am not interest in this venus flytrap website.I just want a straight forward answer with one single payment, but this
website's payment system is purposely confusing with traps.People are busy and have no time for this type of website.I am going to see a real solicitor.Closing account.
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

No, we can keep it online and its the fee you have paid.

I am here to help. Please remember a non online Solicitor will be around £150 - £200 per hour.

I asked: How much was the debt for please? Do they own other property?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Assuming the lower end of £150 per hour, thats £75 for half an hour,
which is not much different to £76 you would charge for half an hour phone call.
The business model used by this website underminds confidence.I will not be using this website again and i want my account close.

Very well, I would invite you to contact customer services. Alex
