Customer Question

In the London Polish ethnic community, among senior and old peoples, during the last few moths, operates an individual who using various explanations has been able to extract from individuals of advanced age, various amount of money from smaller sums such as ten to twenty thousand pounds up to larger sums amounting above one hundred and fifty thousands. This fraudulant activity has been reported by a magazine published in London in Polish language known as "Nowy Czas" and the operator of these fraudulant activities started a litigation costing the editor and published of the said magazine considerable amount of money. However the action has not been moved yet to legal court level. In these circumstances can a criminal investigation be commenced by a fraud section of metropolitan police to prevent further fraud activities of that person
