You did have a solicitor at the police station I presume?
It is generally better to have a solicitor at court than not but the truth is that the damage is done now. The time you really need a solicitor is at the police station.
There is not much that can be done now about the fact that you have admitted offences in interview I’m afraid.
But it is better to have a solicitor than not.
