I having problem with mobile, they have some system issues

hi i having problem with virgin mobile, they have some system issues and massed up my mobile account details and added someone else account in my account, its been on going from aug 2015, at last i have complained to cicas, they have accepted their mistakes gave compensation of 350 pound in February 2016 promised me to correct my account details.
now its been 3 months gone and my credit file is not been corrected i dont know what to do next
