If a person has two named beneficiaries with one being left

Resolved Question:

If a person has two named beneficiaries with one being left the persons home and the other the residue ie savings and any monies. What would happen if the home was sold before the person died to help pay care costs,who would receive the remaining monies from house sale go to on the persons death?
