I have my account frozen by Santander and no reason is given

I have my account frozen by Santander and no reason is given as to why they have frozen. I have contacted my local branch they were not able to help I contacted head office they were not able to help either. The only thing everyone says is "This transaction cannot take place now. Santander cannot give you any explanation right now. We will contact you if the situation changes" I have about 5000 in my account with them. It's a personal account but I was using for business purposes for many years and no body said anything but now they think that there's fraud activity going on.
