Resolved Question:

I have a debt relief order which expired in May 2016. I loaned my daughter £35,000.000 for a home extension in 2012 having divorced. The understanding was that she paid the money back when she could afford to. She now wants to pay this money back to me does this affect my current status with regard to the DRO. The DRO was for civil debt.
