Customer Question

I own a lock-up garage which opens on to a main road with an official dropdown curb access. I returned from holiday to find a car parked on the road across my forecourt. The only remedy I could find was to ask the Council to put a parking penalty notice on it but the car could have stayed there for weeks before it could be removed. As it happens it was removed after four days.
The Police will only help if the car has been used for a crime or has been reported stolen.
Now today there is another car parked across my access. Could you tell me what remedy you would suggest to remove the present car and to stop this happening again in future.
With many thanks,
Brian *******
