I recently sent a letter, written on solicitors letterhead

Customer Question

Hello
I recently sent a letter, written on solicitors letterhead by myself to the credit reference agency to clear my ~CCJ. Their was no intention to defraud anyone and paid the solicitor after they found out that I had done this. I have taken some advice and have been told it might be a case of uttering or even a civil matter. However the solicitors are reporting this to the police tomrrow-where do you think I stand.
