Hi Ian

Are you asking if you are still liable for tax?

You will need to ask a an accountant?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. I am asking if I am still liable to pay an account submitted only in 2014 for the balance of a transaction completed in 2005
Expert:  JGM replied 1 year ago.

Unless you've acknowledged that you are due to pay the debt then it has become time barred and you're not liable to pay it. Happy to discuss but from your narrative you can defend any claim. Happy to discuss. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
