Customer Question

My neighbours have built a small basketball court 1m from our boundary fence and less than 8m from our living room windows. The court base is thick concrete and the wooden wall holding the net is 5m x 4m made of plank wood and metal girders at each end. It can be used at any time in daylight hours and is a constant nuisance. Oxford city council refused
retrospective planning concent but it then went to appeal, which we are still waiting for. Is there a way of stopping this noise on noise nuisance grounds?
Thanks,
Denis
