I appealed a common assault conviction from the magistrates

Customer Question

Hi,I appealed a common assault conviction from the magistrates to the Crown Court; it was upheld.I asked the judge to state a case for the High Court on a point of law. I received a brief letter today stating that he has 'rejected' my application but gives no reasons. e.g frivolous, out of time etc.CrimPR 2011 64.6. (5) & (6)1. How do I obtain a certificate from the judge stating the reasons for refusal to be given to me?
