Hello

Welcome to Just Answer

I am a Solicitor and will assist you.

I am very sorry to hear about the difficulties that you are experiencing with your husband.

Firstly you need to find out whose name the house is in.

Expert:  ukfamilysolicitor replied 5 months ago.

You need to pay £3 for a copy of the Title Register.

Let me know when you have this.

Kind Regards

Caroline

Hi
House only on m husband name.
Expert:  ukfamilysolicitor replied 5 months ago.

Hello Renata

Even if the house is in your husband's sole name - the fact that you are married still means that you have rights of occupation.

You can protect your rights of occupation with the Land Registry for free by filling in this form:

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/490269/HR1.pdf

Your husband will be sent a copy of the new register with your notice included once this form has been successfully registered.

Let me know if I can help you further

Kind Regards

Caroline
