my local garage released one of my company vans back to an employee after he had returned it will an oil leak the van had just had a new engine fitted they were aware that the van had a leak and asked him to return it at the next day he didn't and continued to use it for work two days later the vans engine failed and had to be rebuilt at no time was i told of the leak by the garage and i have been given a bill for £2200 are the garage at fault and do i have a case against them
