I have received a debtors application to vary a court order.

Customer Question

I have received a debtors application to vary a court order. They have offered to pay £30.00 on a £718.18 debt. On what grounds can I object to the offer. The Debtors was able to buy large quantities of products to sell on e-bay. These products were dispatched through my company, all invoices were paid expect the last two. Can I request a payment of £120.00 per month. He is living with his parents and claims to be paying £350.00 for rent and housekeeping.
Your advice please. Thanks, Stephen.
