I have paid in advance site fees on a north wales caravan

Resolved Question:

I have paid in advance site fees on a north wales caravan park for the season 2016 I have now sold the caravan off site due to bereavement I have fulfilled all the licence fee regulations issued by the park yet they refuse to refund the prorata site fee frm 8th june 2016 to 31 oct 2016.would i be within my rights to sue them .
