I'm afraid that a transcript, once made available, is not confidential.
Any person would have been entitled to attend at that hearing as the Crown Court is a public court. Therefore they are entitled to know what was said there and certainly no duty of confidentiality is owed.
If there had been any incitement to do unlawful acts on the part of the neighbour as a result of what was said then that would be different but the mere act of showing a transcript is not unlawful I'm afraid.
