I have issued a claim against 3 defendants, two have

Resolved Question:

Hi,
I have issued a claim against 3 defendants, two have acknowledged and will defend. The 3rd one has as not replied to the court. They are now out of time, and I would like to request for judgment. I need some help because I am only requesting judgement for one of the defendants, and I don't know how much I expect the him to pay as the other two will defend. Should I say that I want him to pay the whole amount of £200k, or should it onl y be a 3rd?
The person who I am directing this at is Mr Baillie, who is the 3rd defendant.

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

You can ask him to pay the whole claim if he is jointly liable.

You do not put 1/3rd - but the whole amount.

Can I clarify anything for you about this?
Alex
