If a LiP defendant is out of time by 2 days will the court

Resolved Question:

If a LiP defendant is out of time by 2 days will the court allow him the right to defend? In the mean while I have sent in the N205A form to apply for default judgement I am also a LiP. Who will the court side with? Should I send a copy of the N205A form to the defendant?

NO

ALSO SHOULD I SENT THE DEFENTANT A COPY OF THE N205A FORM?
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

In that case if the defence gets to the Court BEFORE Judgment has been entered, even if its late the defence will stand.

So if the defence is late, it can still be a valid defence.

Does that clarify?

Do you mean the written defence document that I send a reply to, or the acknowledgment paper work from the bundle? Also should I send a copy of the N205A to the defendant
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

No, you dont send a copy of this to the Defendant.

Does that clarify? Alex
