Hello. I am currently renting a commercial premises, since October 2015. I wish to terminate and I would like to know how much notice I need to give my landlord. We have no formal written agreement/lease. I live Ireland.

Then you only to give a months notice. You only give notice depends on how you pay. At most it would be six weeks notice.
