What is your connection to the case?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am about to employ defendant and need to verify that what he has told me is correct
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

In that case, the Magistrates Court won't tell you and neither will any other source.

The only way to get that type of information is to indict upon a DBS check but he would have to consent. Obviously if he doesn't consent you can refuse to employ him.

Not all employers are entitled to ask for a DBS check without potential liability in civil law though. It depends what he will be doing.

Can I clarify anything for you?

thank you. it seems strange that I can see cases and results for that day via the law society but not this one

Yes, and you can go and sit in during hearings.

But they won't tell you after the hearing I'm afraid.
