Can you explain your situation a little more?

I have no service through a TV do to the fact no Ariel which came down 2 years ago, I told the license, people about the situation, which I received a rebate that I already over paid when I needed a TV licence.

Now I am waiting for a creditor from the TV, to come round for an inspection.
