Customer Question

My mother fell and dislocated her shoulder at a small, off-beat London theatre in March. She has medical expenses and should be compensated for the distress as well as being severely incapacitated for several months. The theatre say that she fell due to her own not paying attention but signage and lighting at the venue are all very poor. Interestingly they say that they have not had ''a similar accident for 5 years'', even though the theatre has been open for 13. So clearly this is not the first time. Should we pursue and how? Thank you.
