Ok - then you dont need to worry.

You can leave the Country. If you are going in 4 days then it wont make any difference.
You wont get to Court in 4 days.

So you can leave the country and not worry

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

What do you mean by I don't need to worry ?
Do you think they will come to me in my country ?
Could they ask me to come in scotland in the court ?
Expert:  Ash replied 10 months ago.

No they won't, not for theft. If it went to court you would probably only get a fine or warning. Nothing else.

Once you leave and do not intend to go back there is no issue at all. You won't get taken to Scotland from your home country for minor theft.

Can I clairfy anything for you about this today please ?
