Customer Question

i have been taken to court by a leasee for loss of rent caused, in his opinion, by damp coming into his flat by defects in a property wall. We carried out repairs under a Chartered Surveyors instructions. The dampness was actually caused by condensation, drying clothes on radiators. etc.
I have now to do a disclosure statement by the Court but not sure how to do this.
I have done a list of documents I intend to use. can you give me a sample of how to do this.
