Ok then it is out of time. This happened in May and should have been posted within 14 days.

You should write back and say it's out of time.

Can I clairfy anything for you about this today please?

When you say "out of time"... What language should i use in the letter back to them in a legal context? Also am i including any further information in the letter other than it is out of the time frame?
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

Just say it is out of time. That is it. It has to be sent wiring fourteen days of the offence. It was not. That is all you need to say.

Does that clairfy? Alex

Thank you Alex... Just a final question... As it seems too good to be true and clean cut given the speed involved!! (Not that i am complaining!!)Is there any comeback from Surrey Police? Or have they issued this hoping i would just reply and not challenge the information?
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

They are just trying it on.
