Wold it be at all possible to get married in our local pub

Customer Question

Wold it be at all possible to get married in our local pub via a special licence.
If so how much would this cost.
We both live together in Burnham on Crouch the pub that we would like is the "The New Welcome Sailor" in Burnham.
I have tried to look it up on line but it takes me round in circles.

The Public House would have to apply to be licensed as a Premises for marriages and civil partnerships.

It is a demanding process and they will have to pay a fee

You can read more here

If they are willing to do this then you will be able to get married there

I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
