Thank you for your question
My name is Clare
I shall do my best to help you but I need some further information first
Could you explain a little more about the background to your question please
I think you meant to add more!
Sorry - ignore the pop ups - I meant what comes after this
One of the
I do need to understand why your name is ***** ***** to the deeds
So on what basis do you think you are entitled to have your name on the deeds?
What financial contribution have you made to the value of the property?
Were they for alterations or improvements to the property?
Do your siblings agree to your name being added?
I am sorry to have to ask but how long does your mother have?
I am so sorry.
In fact the best time for your name to be added to the deeds will be after her death when they will need to be changed anyway.
You your father and your brother can agree in what shares you and your father will hold the property and if it is appropriate a Deed of Variation could be drawn up if there is any future risk of Inheritance Tax,
At that point all that will be needed is a TR1 signed by your father and you which can then be registered at the Land Registry
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
You are very welcome - it must be a worrying time for you
I hope all goes as well as it can
