Is it a Restraining Order or a Non molestation Order?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not sure .... The article stated "breached a restraining order by talking" where can I find if the restraining order was non molestation ?
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.

Was it in a criminal court?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't know ? Leicester Magistrates court dealt with the breach ?
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.

Then it was a Criminal Restraining Order and would have been imposed by the Magistrates as a result of Violence - usually Domestic violence
