Can I still register as a private landlord with a class A

Customer Question

Can I still register as a private landlord with a class A drugs possession conviction in Scotland? the offence occured 4 years ago but took a year to go to court for it so the conviction date was 3 years ago. This was my first and only offence. Is it likely I'll be denied landlord registration?

Yes, there is no chance that a local authority will give you landlord registration with a class A drugs offence.
