My nan died 6 years ago. She gifted me, my sister and uncle

Customer Question

My nan died 6 years ago. She gifted me, my sister and uncle a house. Each owning one third.
The property is rented out, my uncle keeps the entire revenue that is produced by the house.
Me and my sister want to sell. Uncle has expressed that the chance of this happening in good time will not happen.
What are my sister's and my rights to contest this?
