Can someone who has Power of Atorrney in Scotland make a Will for the person they have it for,the person is not senile etc.,though she is 92

No, that is not legally possible. An attorney can't make a will for the person they are attorney for. If the person is able to make a will herself you should arrange for a solicitor to do a home visit. I hope that helps. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
