Dear Solicitor, I am accused of fraud for false

Resolved Question:

Dear Solicitor,
I am accused of fraud for false representation. The police arrested me on the 8th October 2015 and seized all my computers.
The Police Witness Statement is a FALSE because it is signed with a date 30/03/2015, more than six months before my arrest.
Is this Witness Statement false and therefore all the evidence seized by the police false?
Thank in advance for your time

Why does the date render the contents false?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Because the policeman wrote this witness statement before they arrested me. It can not be true.
Thank for your time

I actually think it is probably just that he got the date wrong. People do that fairly regularly.

An incorrect date does not render the contents of the statement untrue or really matter much at all.

This is not a good point. The officer will just say it was an innocent error and it almost certainly was.

Can I clarify anything for you?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have other 3 Witness Statements dated before they arrested me, in total 4.
Are they all innocent errors and not good point?I have read on the internet that for example if the date in the "Issue of Summons" is wrong this is a Fatal mistake.
Thanks again for your time.

No, it isn't. There are very few fatal errors.

they can just amend the date of a summons unless they are out of the six month time period.

If it is just error on date then it is a non issue really.

Thank. The date of the Issue of Summons is: 05/07/2016
They accuse me that on diverse date from 28 June 2014 to 29 June 2015 I made false representation.
They are out of the six month time period.
Is it a good point?
