May we have the full background detail please?

I made a claim for compensation. Each claim is composed by 2 documents:
1) A form to fill by the claimer with a date and a signature by the claimer.
2) A print out of a bank transaction proving the sale with no signature. The handwriting in the form is clearly not mine. What I have to do?How accurate can Forensic Document Examination be?
Is it valid in court?

Forensic examination of documents is not particularly accurate. With photocopies of documents, it is rarely possible to give an accurate indication. They must be originals.

If the originals are available, it is often possible to say beyond all reasonable doubt that a signature is not belonging to someone, but not to say that it does.

Can I clarify anything for you?

Please rate the service positive. It doesn’t cost you anything but helps me greatly.

We can still exchange emails.

Best wishes.

The last question:
"Can be valid in a United Kindgom court as a proof on "not guitly" sentence?...if Forensic examination of documents say beyond all reasonable doubt that a signature is not mine.

I don’t know what you mean with your first question.

if the forensic examination of the documents says that there is a reasonable doubt about the signature being yours, then the prosecution would fail
