Is there any reason you think they may not?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do not know.
I am the defence, I do not know what the prosecutor has.By law before the trial start the prosecutor have to disclose all the exhibits.
After the trial is started can the prosecutor bring other exhibits or document or witness to support his theory ?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Yes, they will but if the evidence changes they can always apply to adduce it.

There is no reason they cannot do that.

Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

What they probably won't get away with doing is delaying the trial on that basis but there is no reason, if ready, they could not adduce anything that comes to light or is produced.

Can I clarify anything for you?

Jo

Thanks.
What do you mean with "evidence changes"?
Each charge has his own "written" evidence and it can not change.
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Yes, it can. They can acquire more evidence or not be able to produce some.

Happens all the time.

Evidence changes daily during the course of a hearing.
