I have been asked to look at this.

Is there any reason you would be concerned about this? This is not an indecent picture I suppose?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No it's not a oicture, but because I asked him to stop phoning me he then said he would expose me as a fraud and put our conversation on line

I'm afraid there is no reason he cannot do that in law.

It is not revenge porn as there is no imagine.

It is a one off act so there is no harassment.

It is not really a public order offence I'm afraid.

I'm very sorry but not every unpleasant action is a criminal one.

Can I clarify anything for you?
