Customer Question

Hi. My son has been caught driving with no insurance. He has had his license less than 2 years so will receive 6 points and a £300 fine and his license will be revoked. If he has his license revoked he will lose his job and he also has to attend a hospital 30 miles away on a regular basis due to having a kidney transplant some years ago. Could he go to court and claim mitigating circumstances and get the points reduced to 5 so his license will not be revoked. Many thanks. Neil Cooper
