Customer Question

My partner has been made redundant and her employer has given her a statutory REDUNDANCY figure which is correct. However her NOTICE figure has been calculated on her SALARY SACRIFICE pay and not FULL PAY. Is this correct since she has been paying into a company pension scheme. She was assuming that her notice pay would be based on her full payment as pension payments would no longer be credited
Many thanks
