Resolved Question:

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

If the pages are subject to copyright then yes.

If its the photos then they are someone's work and you cant copy or sell them.

So the answer is no, you cant copy and sell if subject to copyright.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Thank you for your reply. I did point out that the catalogue is antique - 1890 - so obviously not subject to copyright, plus a catalogue, not a book, and pictures included are not photos.
