Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

Could you please explain your situation a little more?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Dear Ash,
I have a chocolate supplier, we have signed a contract to secure our margin, unfortunately we didn't keep to the agreed credit terms (30days from invoice) and now supplier has withdrawn credit facility (which I kind of accept and are prepared to pay pro forma) but he also increased our prices by 8%.
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

Does the contract allow them to change the terms like this?
