I have a satellite dish on my wall. The Management company

Resolved Question:

I have a satellite dish on my wall. The Management company want to remove it tomorrow. The lease merely states, "not to erect ...any aerial pole" with no mention of satellite dish. Can they remove it without my consent?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

No, it would be criminal damage.

But you are correct, doesn't say you can't have a dish

It's a poorly drafted lease, but that's not your fault. You are complying with it.

You can have a dish because you are not prevented from doing so.

Can I clairfy anything for you about this today please?
