Hi,I was recently in a supermarket in the UK,I found a broken egg on the shelf in the carten,I picked the cartan up and the egg dripped on the floor,I told the one of the employees,I don't think it was cleaned up I'm now worrying can I get sued if someone slips on it

Hi,I'm unsure if I broke the egg whilst picking the box up,or was allready broken,so when I picked the box up,it dripped everywhere!!
