1. Dear Harpreet, I regret to say your husband will have to do the Life in the UK test. It is a compulsory requirement for all applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain with some very narrow exceptions. As your husband does not fall within one of the exceptions he will have to complete the Life in the UK test.
