My daughter`s ex boyfriend has sent her a `legal letter`

Customer Question

hello- my daughter`s ex boyfriend has sent her a `legal letter` from a fictitious lawyer, using the name of an existing law firm in the UK. We have informed the firm named. Has he broken the law using that firms name?

Yes he has committed fraud by using the firm's notepaper and he could be prosecuted.
