I bought a brand new car in November, it's currently broken

Resolved Question:

I bought a brand new car in November, it's currently broken down and back at the dealers and has been there for 8 weeks. I'm being pushed from pillar to post from dealer to manufacturer as to who's responsible.

I cant see it, can you try again?

Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 1 year ago.

I have it now. When would be good to speak today?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Jamie,
Having now raised an official complaint with Renault finance, they have now told me they legally have 8 weeks to investigate the complaint. Which potentially leaves me without the car for 4 months.
Could you please advise me on how to write to them in order to let them know I'm serious.
Thanks,
Laurie
