We have a landlord that has a hot tub, he is happy to rent

Resolved Question:

We have a landlord that has a hot tub, he is happy to rent his property with the tub though wants a clause in the agreement to say if left the tenants will take responsibility for it, repairs, maintenance and for anyone who uses it.
Is this something we can do ?

You and the landlord can agree whatever you like between you including using the hot tub and you being responsible for repairs and maintenance.

Before committing to that, you want to make sure of course that there is not anything wrong with it whereby you are likely to have some liability which you weren’t expecting.

Can I clarify anything for you?
