Resolved Question:

wHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PROPERTT HELD IN COMMON AND ONE HELD JOINTLY?

Thank you for your question

My name is ***** ***** I shall do my best to help you.

With Beneficial Joint tenants he (or she) who lives longest gets the lot.

The property automatically passes to the survivor no matter what.

With Tenants in Common you each own your "share" and on the death of either owner their share of the Property goes to the person entitled

under their Will or the Intestacy Rules.

I hope that this helps - if not let me know and I will try again
