Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
What is it you want to achieve please?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I want to know how to prove that a fraud has occurred I am waiting for paperwork from the timeshare company I want to sue the other person for fraud
Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 4 months ago.

Have you reported this to the Police?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No because I have no proof Can this be reported to the police
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I have texts from the other party asking me to sign documents I did not reply so he sent texts to my fiend She replied I would not sign I then heard nothing I then emailed the Timeshare company & was told paperwork had been received in April with both signatures on
Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 4 months ago.

Yes and I would suggest you do this. The police can investigate for fraud and even get a handwriting expert.

Once you get a conviction it will be far easier to get a county court claim for compensation and loss.

Otherwise it may be expensive to go straight to county court as the police route is a free option

Can I clairfy anything for you about this today please?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
There is no loss He paid the company to exit but I did not sign paperwork Should I wit until I receive the paperwork from the company or go to the police now to report the fraud
Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 4 months ago.

Wait until you get the paperwork. There is no time limit making a complaint on fraud.

Does that clairfy?
