I have been charged for racially aggregate PhD public order section 4 A and police are trying to place a CNO on me as well as I have to answer bail and a second interview for an assault that happened on same day as charge mentioned above I'm being told that this can carry a custodial/prison sentence ! I'm reg disabled with phsical and mental health issue
Please help me there's a section 76/78 goes with these arrests
