Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

You are correct, it has no impact.
It is a fixed penalty and not recorded. If you had not paid then it would be different.
But as you have paid, it has no impact

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Thank you. So would I need to declare it on an ILR application?
Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 9 months ago.

No - you paid it and it is non recordable.

So there is no record.

Does that clarify?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No that's perfect. Thank you!
